Trust & Privacy Center
Protecting your privacy. Building AI responsibly. Keeping your data secure. People entrust Meno with prayers, griefs, and the quiet details of a life. This page is everything about how we care for that trust, written to be read.
What we collect, why, and the control you keep, written to be read.
Encryption, database-level isolation, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Plain answers about the AI that writes your devotional, and its honest limits.
The agreement between us, in language a person can actually read.
The tender subjects and the practical ones, handled with care.
Every address below reaches humans who care about this as much as you do.
No, never. Your words are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API only to write your devotional, under a configuration where they are not used to train models.
You, and no one else, unless you explicitly link with a family member and choose what to share. Both sides must accept, and revoking a link stops all sharing immediately. Database-level row security enforces this beneath the application itself.
Yes, anytime, from your account page: export your data or delete your account entirely. Deletion is honored fully: profile, life updates, prayers, and devotionals.
No and no. No advertising, no data sales, no third-party trackers, no analytics cookies. The subscription is the business model: you are the customer, not the product.
No. Meno is a companion to time in God’s Word. For the weightiest things (grief, crisis, doctrine, big decisions), bring people: your church, your community, a professional. If you’re in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988.
A family member or executor can ask us to delete the account, or, with verified authority, receive a keepsake export of its devotional history. We handle these requests with documentation, and with gentleness.
