Filing a notice

Send a notice to our designated agent at hello@thedailymeno.com with the subject “DMCA notice,” including:

identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
where the material appears on Meno (a URL or description precise enough to find it);
your name, address, and email;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material, and notify the affected user. Users who believe material was removed in error may send a counter-notice with the elements the DMCA requires, and we will follow the statute’s restoration process. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
